What to eat
Here at CrossFit All In we tackle Nutrition the same way we tackle our workouts...All In! Nutrition is 1/2 the solution when it comes to being Fit and reaching your goals! Basically there are two lifestyle eating plans I suggest. I personally follow the Zone Nutritional Plan.
